RavenPack is seeking a skilled Full Stack Architect to lead the architecture of innovative solutions for the Internal Tools department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with modern technologies and a proven track record in designing serverless systems on AWS and decoupling monolithic applications into microservices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable serverless systems on AWS.

  • Lead the decoupling of services from monolithic applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements

              What will the role entail?

              • Help create and update training materials like onboarding programmes, product knowledge guides, customer service journeys, operational excellence, visual merchandising (VM), soft skills development or 4-Wall Management training.
              • Organize training schedules and keep records of attendance and feedback.
              • Manage the e-learning platform, ODILO.
              • Work with field teams (e.g., Area Managers) to identify training needs and provide
                administrative support.
              • Activate and support training for Area Managers and Store Managers.
